PD DIKTI Data Update

In accordance with the regulations of the Indonesian Ministry of Education regarding the Higher Education Database (PDDikti), all universities in Indonesia are required to maintain and report accurate academic data. Therefore, IPB provides a PDDikti data update service to help ensure that student and academic information recorded in the PDDikti system remains accurate and up to date :

1. PDDikti Reporting Period :

PDDikti reporting requirements apply based on the type of university and student admission year:

  • Public and private universities under the Ministry of Education are required to report student data starting from the 2003/2004 academic year.
  • Universities under the Ministry of Religious Affairs are required to report student data starting from the 2009/2010 academic year.
  • Universities managed by other ministries or non-ministerial government institutions are required to report student data starting from the 2012/2013 academic year.
  • Private universities transferred from other ministries to the Ministry of Education follow the reporting period stated in the official transfer decree.
  • The starting period for reporting may also depend on the study program’s official operational permit and reporting status in the PDDikti system.

2. Student Data Verification:

For government institutions, private organizations, or members of the public who wish to verify student data, please note the following:

  • For student data from public and private universities under the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education prior to the 2003/2004 academic year, verification should be conducted directly through the respective university or the regional higher education authority for private universities.
  • For student data from universities under the Ministry of Religious Affairs prior to the 2009/2010 academic year, verification should be conducted through the respective religious higher education institution or the regional higher education authority for private religious universities.
  • For student data from universities under other ministries or non-ministerial government institutions prior to the 2012/2013 academic year, verification should be conducted directly through the respective university.
  • For student data from private universities transferred from other ministries to the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education prior to the transfer decree period, verification should be conducted directly through the respective university.
